What We Do
ISG Research serves in distinct roles depending on the needs of our clients, the scope of the project, and the complexity of the issue. In every engagement, our work is grounded in methodological rigor and independent analysis. We typically engage as:
Research Lead: We design and execute full-scale qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research initiatives focused on social issues, public perception, trust, and behavior. From hypothesis development to analysis, we lead the research process end-to-end.
Research Advisor: We advise internal research, insights, and strategy teams, providing independent guidance on study design, measurement frameworks, segmentation, and evaluation models. In this role, we strengthen internal capacity while ensuring methodological integrity.
Social Insight Partner: For organizations navigating cultural, reputational, or systemic complexity, we serve as an ongoing social insight partner. We help leadership interpret evolving public attitudes, risk signals, and behavioral shifts across regions and global contexts.
